How to book a photoshoot?

To book a session fill out the form provided in my contact page. Alternatively drop me a message on Instagram. 
Include your preferred date, the type of shoot you’re interested in, and any other questions you may have.

Booking in advance

To ensure availability and allow time for proper planning, I recommend booking your session two to three months in advance. This gives us the opportunity to discuss the details and customize your shoot, either over the phone or in person. That said, if you have a last-minute request, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

I'm nervous in front of a camera, what should I do?

You're not alone—most people feel the same way! None of us are born professional models, and stepping in front of the camera can feel a little intimidating. But here's the secret: when you focus on enjoying the moment with each other, the nerves tend to melt away. Imagine you're just taking a stroll by the river, chatting about your day, or sharing a laugh over a silly joke—it's that simple. For every situation, there's a way to make it work. I'll be there to guide you every step of the way, from finding those flattering angles to perfecting the lighting, so you can feel at ease and truly enjoy the experience.

What should we wear?

Before our session I’ll provide a comprehensive style guide to help you plan, and if you’d like any additional advice, you can always reach out to me on Instagram or via email. I'm here to help. Personally, I recommend leaning towards neutral tones for a timeless, elegant look that won’t distract and will keep the focus on you and your story. Color coordination is also key to achieving a clean, cohesive, and stylish look in your photos. Thoughtfully chosen colors will help create a harmonious vibe and ensure your images feel polished and timeless.

What about the weather?

Living in the UK, we’re no strangers to unpredictable weather, especially rain! If the forecast isn't in our favor, and it's not a wedding or time-sensitive event, we’ll work together to reschedule for the next available date. I want to make sure we have the best conditions for your shoot, so we can capture your moments exactly how you envision them—no need to worry about the weather ruining the fun!

Photoshoot locations

Location preferences can be discussed during the planning phase, as they depend on several factors. While I am based in the West Midlands, I am happy to travel throughout the UK for an additional travel fee, ensuring flexibility for your session.

For outdoor shoots, I will provide a curated list of recommended locations in the area, allowing you to select the perfect spot that aligns with your vision. If you have a particular location in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we can make it work.

For indoor sessions, I may ask for a few photos of your space to assess the lighting and overall suitability. As a natural light photographer, optimal lighting is crucial to achieving the best results. If I determine that the space does not offer sufficient natural light, I may suggest an alternative or decline the session to maintain the quality of the work.

Question 8

When will my photos be delivered?

For families and portrait sessions, my goal is to have your photo edits ready within one to two weeks. For weddings and elopements, from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the season.

Should we bring anything?

Accepted Answer

For families with young children, snacks and favorite toys are always a good idea! For couples' sessions, consider bringing something meaningful—like a cozy scarf, a book you both love, or a favorite playlist on your phone to set the mood. Anything that helps tell your unique story will add a special touch to your photos!

How many photos?

Accepted Answer

I generally do not offer individual photo sales, as my approach is centered around providing a comprehensive collection of images that authentically capture your story. For individual sessions, you can expect a minimum of 20 images, for family sessions, at least 40 and for elopements/weddings at least 150 images. The latter depends on the size of the wedding, location and other factors that need to be taken into consideration. Each image is meticulously edited, with subtle retouching where needed.

Do you provide raw files?

I only provide final edited images, carefully selected and curated by me, and do not offer any raw files. This approach reflects my professional process, where I take into account key elements like composition, lighting, sharpness, and artistic intent during the editing phase. The final images you receive represent my work at its best, ensuring consistency and high-quality results that align with my creative vision.
